Today is monday and I am so tired. Weekend did not have enough rest and I am feeling sick today. My body is aching so badly that i could not get out of bed this morning. Was dragging myself to work. =(

Got up late and came to work only at 10.30am. Planning to leave as soon as possible today and gonna go back and have a good sleep or else, tomorrow I will not be able to work already. Today morning 5am+++ I got up and applied medication for my hands and legs. It is all so cramped up. Maybe because I have not been excercising for long and recently I started excercising again. Have been going to gym since last saturday and also swimming and all that so that must be the reason. Anyway, I am TIRED of typing. Will say more another day.

My day today seems so dead and everything is so gloomy.
